Support for BeeWits is available through a number of channels:
Messenger Chat within https://app.beewits.com or on website
We use Intercom, built into BeeWits such that if you have a problem or difficulty using the app, you can write to use directly within the app. Simply click on the chat icon in the app (bottom right), and we will get back to you, within a few hours. We operate Intercom within the hour during office hours (Central European Time), Monday to Friday, and with a best-effort approach after hours or on weekends.
If you prefer sending queries via email, or you cannot currently access the app or the website, you can request support via email on [email protected].
Support Response Times
You should typically expect to get a reply within 12 hours. Most queries would be replied to within 24 hours, with some exceptional cases taking 48 hours (e.g. during weekends).
How do I add a team member to BeeWits? 🙂
click on Team an the top menu (when you are within a project), enter the email address of the member you want to invite, select the Role they play on the team and click on “Invite them” and they’ll get an email with their invite.
Once they click on the link, they will get added to the project.
If you add them to the “Client” team, they will only be able to see any tasks and items marked as “Open” or “Public” using the padlock icon in the task.
